Pray Over Your Household

Exterior:

First, cleanse yourself – ask God to forgive any sin in your life, and for the Holy Spirit for help in turning from, if it’s sin for which you struggle.

In the front of your home, pray that the Lord protect your property from the fiery darts of the enemy, that any invasion of demonic or physical forces are turned away – IN JESUS’ NAME! Do the same on each side of your home (side yards and backyard, if applicable).

Interior:

Starting with the front door, and repeating for each door, anoint with oil if present, and pray over the opening that the Lord protects the home from any demonic or physical forces which may come upon the home – and that they are turned away.

Repeat for each door, and each floor of the home, and each room, especially bedrooms – that the Lord protect children and adults in the home from any possible demonic or physical force that may infiltrate the home.

Family Prayer:

This is vitally important. The head of the household should lead the other family members in prayer for each other, as well as those extended family members who may be sick – physically (for physical healing), spiritually (for salvation and deliverance). 

Above all – Worship God – bow your head, get on your knees and thank Him for your salvation, and pray for the salvation of others – and ask God to give you a “divine appointment” today to share Jesus with another.
