Last week, I spoke of attacking evil in the Spiritual realm, not in the physical one. Today, I’m going to explain more as to why we need to do this.
Look at the evil around us today. The government has divided the people more than at any other time. Everything – and I mean everything, is either racist, misogynistic, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or any one of the many other dividing words that are part of the lexicon today.
If you get right down to it, as a Christian minister, who believes that the entire Bible is the inerrant Word of God – I’m a sexist, homophobe, transphobe and misogynist – and I don’t apologize for it.
You see, all of this evil is a result of a satanic hedge of protection around those in power, in federal and state governments around the world. They consider themselves “woke” – and if you’re not “woke” – you are to be cancelled. That’s the culture we face today.
Let’s look at a few of these cultural so-called “woke truths” – including those of the “woke Christian”
Gender
Let’s see, Genesis 5 says in verses 1 and 2: “This is the book of the genealogy of Adam. In the day that God created man, He made him in the likeness of God. He created them male and female, and blessed them and called them Mankind in the day they were created.”
This means that the Bible, in this passage as well as others throughout the Bible states, and God recognizes that there are only two genders – male and female, not the 57 or more that Facebook and other social media recognize.
It also states that God made them in His likeness – and He created them male and female – this means that your gender was assigned at conception. Your DNA determines your gender, not what you think you are. Commit a felony? A DNA swab was taken from you – and cataloged. You were determined by your DNA to be male or female – you can’t change that.
A sure sign that you’re dealing with a deranged liberal is that they confuse “feeling” with “reality”. If you’re a man who’s feeling like being a woman today, does not make you a woman. And mutilating your body to make yourself look like the other gender doesn’t cut it either – your gender was assigned at birth. That’s science, That’s biblical. Nothing else can change that.
Abortion
There are many scriptures that detail that life begins at conception.
In Psalm 139, verses 13-16, King David writes: “For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Marvelous are Your works, And that my soul knows very well. My frame was not hidden from You, When I was made in secret, And skillfully wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. Your eyes saw my substance, being yet unformed. And in Your book they all were written, The days fashioned for me, When as yet there were none of them.”
In Jeremiah 1:5, God told the prophet Jeremiah, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; Before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations.”
But in the New Testament – The angel Gabriel was prophesying to Zacharias as it pertained to the coming pregnancy of his wife Elizabeth, and subsequent birth of John the Baptist. In Luke 1:15, we see Gabriel giving Zacharias instruction: “For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and shall drink neither wine nor strong drink. He will also be filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother’s womb.”
So, from these, and other scriptures, we see that God knows each and every one of us from before we were even conceived, that He oversaw our very construction in our mother’s womb, and gave us a sense of right and wrong, and knew what He had planned for us while in utero – John himself was ordained to be a man of God before he was even born.
So therefore, to purposely take this life is the very definition of murder, and to support such murder makes that person, law or ordinance, a murderer. No woman can make the decision to terminate another life, even if that life is dependent on her body to survive before birth – that baby growing inside her body, isn’t her body – it’s a totally separate life, with its own God-given mission in life. No one, no government, no law, has the right to destroy what God has created.
Illegal Immigration, Open Borders
1 Timothy 5, verse 8 says categorically, “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.”
Our government is openly violating this scripture by embracing strangers, before caring for our own citizens. It’s clear that our government is being run by Satan himself – because only he, could wreak such havoc over this nation.
Open borders doesn’t help those coming into this nation illegally – it has sent children into sexual slavery. What it does is to permit criminals to roam the streets freely, possibly infected with a new strain of Covid, and bring in illegal drugs and an open sex trade using children and women smuggled in by cartels.
This is not only irresponsible, but according to the Bible, a sin against your own family.
God laid down strict rules for immigration for the Israelites – which we should be using as a template. The Israelites weren’t to bend their faith, language and customs to those of the stranger – the stranger had to acclimate to the Israelites! Men had to be circumcised, and people had to follow the faith and the laws.
Same with our nation – people coming here need to come here legally, be vetted and registered, and follow our customs and laws. To not do so brings on calamity such as we’re seeing at our southern border now.
Hey, my wife and I are compassionate people, and we’re all for helping anyone, but we have rules. If anyone not from our household comes to live in our home, they have to conform to these rules – we don’t conform to theirs. That’s biblical, and as the priest in the home, it’s my responsibility to ensure that they are kept.
Likewise, it is the job of the president of this nation to uphold the rules and laws of immigration, to ensure that those coming here, are doing so legally, and that they are following our rules and laws – we don’t bend to theirs, they bend to ours. That’s biblical.
And since we were founded in the Judeo-Christian heritage, the Bible is the foundation of this heritage, not the Koran, not the Book of Mormon, not any other religious text – only the Bible. Hey, if you want to practice Islam – knock yourselves out, but it will not be the basis of our laws. If you immigrate here, you bend to our laws, we don’t succumb to your Sharia law. If you have a problem with that, don’t come here – or if you’re already here, you’re free to leave.
“Woke” Response
“Woke” Christians – and even “woke” preachers, will answer with scriptures that are taken out of context, or cancel those for which they don’t agree. Either the Bible is taken in full and whole – or it isn’t taken at all. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 states clearly, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”
Note that Paul doesn’t write that some scripture is given by inspiration of God, he writes that all scripture is given by inspiration of God. This means that the Bible is an all-or-nothing book. You can’t pick and choose you want to believe. You either believe it all, or you believe none of it.
So what do we do with the “woke” Christian? Well, unless they see the error of their ways and repent, one has to question their salvation – are they really saved? A truly saved person will look at the lockdown restrictions, for example, as being anti-Christian, in violation of Hebrews 10:25 and Acts 4:19. Anyone agreeing with these restrictions, especially since bars and abortion clinics aren’t subject to these draconian restrictions, as those who hate the Bible, and therefore, at war with the Church.
Same goes for those who support any of the other areas mentioned in this message – or even support those who agree with these areas, such as those who hold public office, or candidates for public office. You cannot be a Christian and support these officeholders or candidates who are openly at war with the Church by their support any of these areas.
Paul writes in 2 Corinthians 6:14-18:
Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness? And what accord has Christ with Belial? Or what part has a believer with an unbeliever? And what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For you are the temple of the living God. As God has said “I will dwell in them And walk among them. I will be their God, And they shall be My people.” Therefore “Come out from among them And be separate, says the Lord. Do not touch what is unclean, And I will receive you. I will be a Father to you, And you shall be My sons and daughters, Says the Lord Almighty.”
If “woke” Christians can’t answer the question about the authority of the Bible, then they won’t be able to answer the question, “How can you support an agenda that is openly and unambiguously anti-Christ, and call yourself a Christian?”
