I started making posts on Facebook and X – and found out that I’m limited on the number of characters.
I’m all fired up … my hellfire and brimstone is smoldering… so here goes … imagine me preaching this at the top of my voice, with the fervor of a preacher that’s trying to get the truth to you!
I’m going to get called judgmental here…I don’t care!
Here goes…
You cannot live a gay lifestyle and be a Christian! God calls it abhorrent and sinful. You WILL NOT be going to heaven unless you repent!
You cannot live with someone not your spouse as if you were married, and be a Christian! God calls it abhorrent and sinful. You WILL NOT be going to heaven unless you repent, separate, get married – THEN unite.
You cannot live as a transsexual and pretend to be the other sex, and be a Christian! God calls it abhorrent and sinful. You WILL NOT be going to heaven unless you repent!
You cannot sleep around with others and be a Christian! God calls it abhorrent and sinful. You WILL NOT be going to heaven unless you repent and break it off, then knock it off!
In general, you cannot live a life of sin and be a Christian! You WILL NOT be going to heaven unless you repent!
If you are living a sinful lifestyle – meaning that you live your sin every day – you’re not saved…you’re not a Christian, don’t call yourself one!
You see, there is no sin in Christ. – and there’s no sin in the Father. The Father sent the Son down to this earth to DIE for the sins of this world – past, present and future.
Sin is atoned for with blood. There has to be a death. Romans 6:23, “For the wages sin is death…” – Jesus was crucified, and was the final sacrifice for all sin. But there had to be a death.
We all deserve to die – but Jesus paid that cost.
God is HOLY – that means “set apart”… And he cannot reside where there is unholiness. You will find no sin in heaven.
A Christian will sin, then he will feel conviction – his conscience will bother him, so much so that he’ll have no choice but to get on his knees and repent and ask forgiveness.
He WON’T look for excuses or ways to “get around” or to justify the sin. He repents of the sin!
If you’re living a life of sin, you feel no conviction. If you feel no conviction, then the Holy Spirit is not in you – and you, my friend, are not saved.
A Christian, a true, born again Christian has the Holy Spirit – and will be convicted by the Holy Spirit – and he’ll repent.
So if you continue to live in your sin – you’re not saved, it’s that simple!
“But preacher, I prayed the prayer when I was 10, surely I’m saved – you know, once saved, always saved?”
Did you even know that you were doing when you were 10? Did you know the meaning of what that meant? No, you were not saved! If you were, you would never gone into the lifestyle you’re living now.
Once you’re saved – truly saved – a change takes place. You don’t WANT to sin! You want to please the Lord and hold Him first in your life in everything!
So no, you weren’t saved. You could have repeated that prayer a hundred times – if you didn’t truly mean it…if a life change didn’t take place … if you continue to live in your filthy sin, then all you did is repeat a bunch of words – and made a preacher look good.
One more body in the group.
One more hand raised.
It meant nothing.
I’ve always said that “The Sinner’s Prayer” has sent more to Hell. I don’t use it – as I’ll show below, I’ll instruct what you need to do – but your prayer is between you and God, not repeating words I give you like it’s some magic formula.
It’s gotta be a heart thing – between you and the Lord!
I see people who claim that they’re Christians, but then support, affirm or even practice homosexuality or transgenderism… or live with someone not their spouse as if they were married… or living corrupt lifestyles, taking what doesn’t belong to them – even some preachers, fleecing the flock for money and living extravagant lifestyles. None of them are saved – they’re all headed to the gates of Hell, where they will be greeted by Satan himself, and be tormented forever.
Yeah, there’s going to be a LOT of politicians in Hell too – as well as quite a few preachers, priests, bishops and yes, popes.
I truly believe that many of these TV prosperity preachers have rooms reserved in Hell for deceiving people in the name of Jesus…and robbing them blind.
But there’s a way to the Father – through Jesus Christ.
And it won’t cost you a cent to find Him.
In John 10:30, Jesus said that “I and the Father are one.” – and He said in John 14:6, that “no one comes to the Father but through Me”.
And despite what Oprah Winfrey and others may say, there aren’t many ways to Heaven – there’s only ONE WAY to Heaven and the Father, and that’s through Jesus Christ.
Salvation doesn’t cost anything monetarily – it is a gift. You can’t buy you way into Heaven.
But there is something you MUST do…
If you really want to call yourself a Christian, you MUST SHED THE SINFUL LIFESTYLE. You must be born again.
You need to give up the homosexual or tranny partner…cut it off – completely.
You need to separate yourself from the one you’re living with and pretending to be married. Separate, then get married properly, THEN unite in holy matrimony.
You need to stop screwing around on your spouse. Get it right with them – and with God.
You do this by getting on your knees and even your face, and cry out to God that you’re a sinner … confess those sins – say it out loud;
“I’ve lived a gay lifestyle”
“I’ve been living with someone who isn’t my spouse as if we’re were married”
“I’ve been fornicating” or “I’ve been committing adultery.”
And… “I don’t want to do this anymore!”
Then pray for forgiveness – ask God you cleanse you, wash you white as snow.
Ask Jesus to be Lord of your life…to be your master and Lord.
Then pray that the Holy Spirit guides you – helps you – as God makes those changes in you.
BUT YOU MUST WANT THIS CHANGE!
Praying without meaning it – crossing fingers behind your back hoping that you can just pray your way into heaven – God ain’t putting up with that.
You either mean it, or you don’t.
If you’re faking it, He’ll know.
But if you’re serious, He’ll know that too – and you’ll be your way to a life change – and reunite with God on Heaven.
The choice is yours.
You can start calling yourself a Christian – if you do the right thing and get right with God, and stop playing games with a Holy God.
